I’m Najmeh Bordbar, and my journey through the enigmatic realm of Pluto began quite some time ago. It all started when I embarked on my academic voyage, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Studies at Shiraz University. As I progressed, I furthered my educational pursuits with not one, but two master’s degrees in education. The first, specializing in “Educational Administration,” was earned at Shiraz University, while the second was achieved at the University of Toronto (OISE), focusing on “Curriculum and Teacher Development.”
My professional odyssey has been a diverse and enriching one, spanning various facets of the education field. I’ve transitioned from the role of a classroom teacher to the challenges of educational administration. I’ve donned the hat of a research advisor and also embraced mentoring opportunities. Today, you find me as a freelance workshop facilitator proficient in both Farsi and English, conducting sessions both online and in person. These workshops, centered around personal development, have been hosted in Iran and Canada, attracting participants from a rich tapestry of cultural and demographic backgrounds. Notably, I’ve delivered workshops for esteemed organizations in Toronto, including YWCA, CALL, and more.
